You know what's not for the faint of heart? Movin You know what's not for the faint of heart?

Moving. 

Last week, my husband was offered an opportunity in College Station that we couldn't pass up. 

So we are saying goodbye to my hometown and a home we lived in for 12 years. 

We have a little over 2 weeks to get this everything show ready and man alive it's work.

So I'm here. But not really here.

I've wanted one for years. Today, Kyle and the kids  surprised me with one.
Celebrate the small wins of the day. Like gettin Celebrate the small wins of the day. 

Like getting in a walk, spending some time in God's Word, drinking your water, logging your food, training, cooking a meal at home, or reading a book.

All those little things matter and add up!!

Tips to get in workouts: 1. Get an accountability Tips to get in workouts:

1. Get an accountability partner and check in often. 

2. Have a workout plan and put your the workouts on the calendar. 

3. Give yourself grace and remember moving your body feels good even if it's only 15 min. 

4. Start now. ❤️ 

Remember that plans don't always go as planned. If you don't make a plan, then chances are you are you won't find the time consistently for your workouts.
