The Love Framework is a 15 week course broken into three five-week phases: Self Love, Body Love, and Life Love. Self Love begins with a close look at our core values and the determination of our smart goals. From there we move into Body Love and find what’s been holding us back from loving the bodies we have and creating the bodies we want. Finally we bring all the foundational knowledge together in Life Love and get a glimpse into the rest of our lives.
